For the Snow Falling on Cedars by David Guterson the second half of the book was very interesting. The night before the end of the trial, Ishmael found out something. While he was visiting the lighthouse for a story on the weather, he found the notes from the night watchman that can clear Kabuo. Since people think its him.  Ishmael had a really hard deciding what to do. Does he keep the information to himself? Use his newspaper to support Kabuo's case and then work himself back into Hatsue's life while her husband is in jail, or does he reveal what he knows? Its pretty tough. What would you do?  i personally would reveal the news if i was suck in that situation. Towards the end it mainly focuses on Ishmael's decision and what he does. He also makes peace with Hatsue and he movies on with his life. You got to read the book to find out what his decision is because I'm keeping my mouth shut. Overall i found this book to be very fun to read. I'm a big fan of mysteries like I've said before so i enjoyed it a lot. I would rate it an 8.5 out of a 10. Its a good book and i can grantee u won't want to put it down. The characters are so well described you will feel like you know them and its very well detailed so you will be able to picture everything and have a little movie running in your head.
